If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions but the enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

6.2. Quantum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the terms of the Quantum Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.

6.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute under these terms and conditions.
